Richard M. Segal - Family Business Consultant
Family firms generally have limited time and experience to devote to the education of stakeholders on their issues. With the body of knowledge that has developed, we have learned that the issues that plague most family firms are predictable and resolvable.
The first discovery is that your family firm is not alone with its issues. Second, is exposure to the common issues and recognition of those that fit your situation. And finally, setting a course toward resolution that will lead to long-term business success and family harmony.
